“I never usually go to Starbucks due to prices, I'm more of a dunkin fan. But I was at the mall with my daughter in need of caffeine, we are both lactose intolerant, and I had no idea what to even try. The manager David happened to be there and he helped us out. Such a wealth of knowledge and such a positive attitude, I've never had such an amazing customer service encounter. I was also concerned about a toddler being in a line and wow that line moved fast. They really had their stuff together. I'd go back for the people. It's rare to see someone passionate like that. Kudos!“

All of the Baristas that I have interacted with on the many occasions that I have visited there were always kind and considerate and made my orders to perfection. Plus, the establishment is always very clean and so are the bathrooms, at this Starbucks.“
