“Best Pizza in the area! I’ve lived in this area for over 30 years and am always searching for better pizza as the pickings are slim here…this is the best so far. As in the other reviews, it is thin crust but does not droop over, which is great as it is crispy and not so much oil/grease. Owner is very friendly and cordial. Highly recommend this newer place, we will be back despite it being 25 minutes from our home.“

“Quite possibly the best kept burger secret in New Jersey! If you think you have your #1 burger spot locked up (White Manna, Krugs, Rossi's, Rocky Hill, Steve's, Blue Monkey, Stage Left, Committed Pig, Burger 25, etc.) think again. Take a trip here for lunch on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon order the smash burger and a beer and see if that all changes.“

“The best and most authentic Italian food I've had in a long time. The restaurant is not fancy and the menu is small. But that's the point - because it's family owned and run, it's like having dinner at nonna's house. The portions are enormous and delicious.“

“A great mom and Papp, Italian restaurant not your typical pizzeria, but authentic Italian cuisine. Fine favorites as well as traditional Italian cuisine, and of course, a large selection of pizza, both hand tossed and made to order in a variety of sizes from personal to extra large as well as slices. From the moment you walk in, you could smell the authentic cuisine in the air intoxicating to say the least definite, recommend for family get-togethers, or just a casual meet and greet with friends you won’t go hungry as the portion sizes are very generous definitely recommend.“

“Our favorite local pizza place! We’ve tried every local pizzeria that delivers to us and Vincenza’s is the best. Their grandma pie and godfather pasta are amazing. For my daughter’s Pokémon themed party I asked if they could make us a pokeball pizza and wow did they deliver!!! Thank you so much! Everyone loved it.“

“SO we dropped a decent amount of money as we were from out of town and wanted a good sampling. Everything was above average, though not amazing. I would go back again if in the area but not drive 1.5 hours again. Atmosphere was great and staff were wonderful. Parking kind of sucks, but what can ya “

“Great food and service here today (March 30). We had the lunch special of stuffed shells which came with bread and the small house steak sandwich with a full separate side of onion rings. The onion ring portion was large. Everything was great tasting and well priced. Our server was fabulous.“

“If you're looking for cartoon pizza that's straight out of a kid's movie, look no further. This place is it. We ordered 10 pizzas for a meeting we were having and they were AMAZING. Sometimes when you order a large amount of food from somewhere the quality is compromised. Not here. I almost felt like it was better somehow. Bonus points because they're a kind, family owned business. I've been a customer for over 20 years and all these years later they're still just as good.“

“Excellent! The nonna pie is well above your average pizza and most pizza out there is average at best. My son and I have a painting business and we try pizza everywhere our work brings us. Mostly North and Central Jersey. The nonna pie can certainly hold it's own against the better pizza in Jersey. The owner is pleasant and in conversing with her seems to enjoy making exceptional food. A true sign of a successful restaurant . We also had an eggplant Parm and chicken cutlet sub. Both very good. We are pizza snobs and if we lived in the area this would be our pizza spot.“

“I've been trying to find a good pizza place for several years now. Amore is the best one so far. Good service. Great tasting pizza but just a few small things. The crust is nice & thin which I love. I hate thick, doughy crust. However, it is very floppy and it would be perfect if it was crispy. As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But otherwise, very good.“

“Fours across the board! We ordered a chicken cheesesteak and a garlic/oil pasta. The cheesesteak was solid and my wife wasn’t a fan of the pasta (personally I love when they use big pieces of garlic and it’s not minced). The staff is nice but when I told them I placed a Slice order they looked at me like I had six heads and asked what I ordered as if maybe I was at the wrong pizza place? I know it was a busy night but my goodness it was obviously right there. It’s in a convenient location but so are the other like ten pizza places in Forks Township. I hope to go here again some time!Parking: It’s the same parking lot as a gas station so it’s worth being careful so you don’t get too close to someone backing out.“

“Excellent food and drinks. Our favorite spot to go to, however, they have the worst service ever. The girls will come once and literally vanish for the remainder of the night. I usually have go up to them while they sit at the bar chitchatting to put in a new food/drink order or get my check. They need better wait staff, other than that best spot in the area for sure!“

“Sensational! Good food, nice atmosphere and view on Main Street (you can sit & chowdown from an elevated spot in the front of the building next to a window with a chandelier overhead and see all the people & cars passing by), fast and friendly service!“

“Tried Pizza Chef for dinner last night. It's housed in a very unassuming building so you have to know it's there to find it. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress who told us to sit anywhere we wanted, we picked a table and sat. The waitress came immediately and brought menus and ice water. I liked her already. I saw there was Chicken Francese on the menu so I asked if the chef could make it with Veal instead and she said certainly. Salads and rolls came first. The salads were large and very fresh. The rolls were nice and warm. Then the entree. Very large portions of veal on top of angel hair pasta with a perfectly seasoned white wine lemon butter sauce. So good! I'll be back to try the Chicken Francese soon.“

“Best Italian food I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot!! The garlic bread was wonderful with fresh chunks of garlic. The meatballs were meaty and not loaded with bread. The cannoli was the best I’ve had in 20 years. Highly recommend this little mom and pop!“

“The food quality and service were good. Facilities interesting. Both guests ordered a pasta dish. No salads or rolls came with the dish which were priced higher then other similar restaurants in the area. Beverage prices were also higher. Parking (metered on street) could be a problem depending on time.Overall experience was good but not worth their pricing.“

“We've tried every pizza place in town. Sicily has us coming back for more!Pizza has a great ratio of saucy and cheesy without that excess oily top. The crust is always cooked to perfection! We usually just do pepperoni bc of the kids, but they'll be big enough for their own pizza soon ?And I can't get enough of their chicken cheese steak hoagies! Fresh ingredients.“

This is a great family oriented restaurant!!!“
“Tried this new place tonight. Just went basic with a plain and a pepperoni pizza. I must say it was really good. Sauce didn't taste like it came from a jar and cheese was good quality. The dough was a nice thickness, cooked well, soft, and tasty. Will definitely go back to try other things. Saw the garlic knots under the heat lamps and thought "those look amazing! I'll definitely try them next time" price was very reasonable in my opinion. I wish this new business the best of luck.“

“Stopped in with the family on the way to the Crayola Experience, coming from the Castle Park in Doylestown. Have to say that I am extremely glad we did! We ordered a couple plain and a couple specialty slices of pizza and they were excellent! Nice and thin, crispy, and were not oily at all like some pizzas can get. We also had chicken Caesar salads and they were great! Tons of chicken seasoned and cooked perfectly, and a generous portion. The staff was extremely friendly to boot! Borderline Cafe is a nice small town restaurant with great food and a friendly staff! If you are ever in the area or passing through, I DEFINITELY recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“Been here twice now, probably both the best pizza (much better than the greasy flop-fest slices at Nicolosi’s) and subs (their Italian sausage & peppers is one of the best I’ve ever had) in the Phillipsburg area. Great place. Great Owner. And definitely not the last time I’ll be coming here.“

“We were visiting Wind Creek casino. We received a gift card from a co-worker. It was our first time at Papa Johns. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and some wings. We were unaware the place is for take out or delivery. We asked if we could use the only table and 2 chairs instead of eating in the car. They cleaned the table and got us some plates and napkins. The pizza was great and the wings exceeded our expectations. We went back a second time a few weeks later and had the Cheesesticks and the cinnamon bites. Both were excellent. The two young men were very courteous and friendly. Kudos to the both of them.“

“We’re having our lunch here today. Even though we couldn’t speech English well, the clerk still kindly recommended everything to us. We order boneless wings as the appetizer which is so appetizing. Also my brother said the chicken soup is the most delicious chicken soup he had ever ate before. And you must order leopard pizza ! It’s very different than the pizza in Taiwan???After all , it’s a good restaurant to have a meal ????“

“So coming from the Bronx and moving to NJ, I could never find any pizza place that comes even close to New York style pizza. I’m sorry to say it but New Jersey pizza is disgusting…. Until I found the holy Grail of pizza.!!!! Canalside is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! It’s addictive too!!!! When I moved into the area I decided to give them a try and was really nervous because I was really craving pizza and tried other places in the area and it was just so bad!But I literally order from Canalside like every week!! It’s always fresh always delicious anything that I order. Anybody that comes to visit I immediately look for an excuse to order some canalside. Everyone has told me that this pizza and everything else on the menu is absolutely amazing. It’s fresh and you can really taste the pride that they take in their business!!! Thank you so much for making work from home days more bearable! Once I order from this place I’m in happy mode!!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!!“

“Something that drives me crazy about this place - me and probably no one else - is the fact that it has hotel in the name and it’s not a hotel. I couldn’t find the reason why on the site or a quick Google search.Family recommended trying this place so we did and it didn’t disappoint. The food was VERY good for the price. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the milkshake. That quality milkshake for $7 just doesn’t make sense, but everything else on their menu? I’d be surprised if there’s a better pizza place in Hellertown with prices like those. The atmosphere was quaint and a bit run-down but it was kind of cute also. They have a MASSIVE 3D swordfish on one of the walls. The service is pretty stellar, we have no complaints!Parking: There’s decent free parking space BUT you have to go through Oliver Alley to find it - it’s not on the Main St or High St side of things.“

“They have tasty pizza, acceptable service, clean dining area, nice parking lot.Only real complaint was trying to get the bathroom door unlocked. I guess they lock them up and have problems with people bumming the bathroom. I didn’t realize this was a thing anymore. But I’m not gonna leave a 4 star review for that. I was there to eat and the food was good.“

“So due to a photo I saw on Facebook and a few recommendations on TikTok, I went to check out the cheesesteak at Monster’s Deli in Easton. I’ll just break this down as quickly as possible. The good:- There was plenty of meat and it was seasoned well.- There was plenty of cheese and it was Cooper Sharp.- The roll had a nice consistency and flavor.- The girl working the front was friendly.- They had a massive American flag over the register. ‘MERICA BABYThe not so good:- The 12” steak and a bottle of propel cost $19. I have zero issues paying for good food, but I did find that a bit steep.- The onions were sliced red onion that they sautéed. Wasn’t really a “bad” thing, just unexpected. Still tasted fine.- While there was plenty meat, it was packed to the middle and the ends had a lot less. I know that’s a bit nit pickey, but it is a pet peeve of mine. All in all I really enjoyed the steak and I’d get it again, but due to the price I wouldn’t rush back in or go out of my way necessarily to get back there. I do know food costs are up for everyone, not just consumers, I just figured this steak was bare minimum a $16 steak (if the propel was $3). That puts the cost in the ballpark of Mercatino Italiano and Mercatino’s steak is definitely in another class imo.“
