Ordered a birthday cake but it was already in the box, closed and taped when I picked it up which isn’t normal. Usually they show you how beautiful it is decorated. Opened box up for a party and 2 big chunks were laying in the box cracks in the top, sinking on the sides, and not centered on the plate. Looked like they tried to glue it back together with icing.

Great cookies and cakes! However the person usually manning the front desk is not pleasant to deal with.
