“The food is amazing - it would be 5 star if it was non-vegan then when you remember that what you just bit into has great texture and flavor and none of the saturated animal fats - you want to give it a 6 star ”
“The most amazing cookies! This store is clean, the staff provide quick service, and of course, the cookies are absolutely delectable. So far, I have tried the blueberry muffin, chocolate chip, wedding cake, brownie sundae, and Kentucky butter cake. I plan to go back on a weekly basis for their specialty flavors. All in all, I recommend this location to pick up a sweet treat and smile!”
“At this point, Sabrina’s is a MUST on our restaurant rotation. We haven’t had anything on the menu that wasn’t great. I’m not a chef, but everything seems to have a unique twist, or some really high quality ingredients that sets it over the top. This time (pictured) we had the Wild Mushroom Toast, the Philly Omelette, and the Huevos Rancheros. All amazing, and the portions are generous.I would also recommend the chicken & waffle (crispy perfection) and the breakfast tacos (best we’ve found since we left Texas. Don’t forget to ask for the sriracha!)The whole place seems to run like a well oiled machine, the staff are always nice and friendly, and the manager has helped us when we needed it.If you haven’t been before, it’s not the world’s biggest space, so expect some of the tables to be slightly close quarters. But definitely don’t let that deter you!”
“We are Hong Konger and enjoy the traditional 'Dim Sum' since we were kids. Their authentic 'Dim Sum' brings back all the memories of those good old days and good food. The atmosphere is good, the 'Dim Sum' is tasty and juicy. The service is very good too and they treated us like a family. They are very friendly and polite. But a friendly reminder to remind you that the 'Dim Sum' is freshly made and very hot inside. The 'Siomai', 'Beef Ball' and 'Ham Sui Gok' appeared to be cold and dry outside. Actually, they are very hot and juicy inside. Never try to swallow it down and you will regret. But taste it with a small bite and you will enjoy it. Taste it and you will come back again with your best friend and family. No lie.”
“Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! My husband and I dined here early on a Friday evening. We had the tofu and steak appetizers, Tom Yum soup, green curry, and coco-shrimp.Everything was delicious, flavorful, and came out hot! Service was prompt and efficient. We will definitely be back for dining in or take out in the future!”
“Very friendly staff. I remember stopping off here once, before the pandemic, during Christmas season, and it was very cozy and warm inside, and the music selection was upbeat and jovial. Stopped off again, during the pandemic, and it was nice and clean, the music wasn't obnoxiously loud (like some locations), and it was a nice time. Bathroom is clean. Nice spot.”
“Great service! This location is clean and offers ample space for enjoying a beverage or bakery treat. They offered my pup a sweet treat on the house. Very fun experience!”
“First Watch is a chain; thus, their approach is the same: I personally ate breakfast in one in Greenville, Delaware.A very healthy breakfast:1. Hot oatmeal--seems to be new to the menu. lots of generously-sized raw fruit mixed throughout. Although some milk and raw sugar were supplied, the sweetner was not really needed.2. A healthy, cold, vegetable drink of kale was tasty, but with way too much ice--giving me, of course, less to drink.3. A delightfully-tasty grilled blueberry muffin was part of the mix.4. I was told I HAD to order FOUR pieces of bacon (I wanted two) . I declined to order it. Turns out they aceded to my request.5. My moderate breakfast came to $21.28 with a 20% tip--a little steep to me, but still very enjoyable!”
“AMAZING customer service!!!! The people working there are so nice and helpful!!The food there is top tier and the general atmosphere is warm cozy and welcoming!! Definitely recommend.!!!”
“I usually love the food here, but I was very disappointed with the Special Mix salad with grilled chicken. My husband picked the food up and as I was on the phone, I asked if it came with olives. The person said yes. Well, no olives. Then the description says it will have diced tomatoes. No tomatoes. Grilled chicken is bland. I have to add more dressing and tomatos to enjoy it. I’ll stick to steaks and pizza I guess? very disappointed today”
“It's such a cute, sweet smelling store. No, they don't have forks and napkins because it's for you to take with you, not make crumbs, and leave trash in the store. I'm in love with the pumpkin spice bundt cake. If you do a survey on the bottom of your receipt, you can get a free mini bundt when you purchase one. That way, you can try more flavors.”
“Delicious burgers and outstanding service. The young man who brought out our food was very friendly, was cleaning very thoroughly, and even came out to the parking lot to find my wife to return the retainer she had dropped when we left.”
“Some of the reviews mention dude service. But, they say the food is really good. After trying this place out, it's one of the best Chinese places I have been to. The food was really good albeit pricier than the place I go in south Philly. The staff is the nicest staff at this caliber of restaurant I ever encountered. Always take people that fry waycism with a grain of salt. I will certainly come here again as this is now my favorite Chinese restaurant. I just wish it were closer to me ?”
“Usually don't leave reviews but I must say this place is great. I really enjoyed the thin crust pizza more than I expected and the wings were a nice alternative to deep fried. Would recommend to everyone. Try the new stromboli as well!”
“I introduced a friend to Honeygrow, and they were equally impressed with the delectable tastes and flavors of the food. Try it ,I believe you'll like it !There is only one thing that I would improve on. That is the ordering part on the computer screen for OG 's like myself. I found it a bit complex, and I usually make mistakes .Oh well, for getting younger !!!!GROW ON HONEY !!!!!!!”
“My daughter loves this place, and so do I. We've been coming to the Wynnewood location for years and will continue to. Yes, things have changed since Covid, but things are working towards the good. I find that a little kindness to staff enhances their kindness in return. A lot of the time, our youth are finding their way and just need a little nudge. I appreciate the service we receive and hope that the store and staff members will continue to grow.”
“The reason for my 5* rating is the people who work here, specifically the weekday morning crew. They are some of the friendliest, most patient people I've ever encountered. You can see that they enjoy working with the customers and each other and that creates a great atmosphere.”
“We came here during restaurant week, and the servings are just enough for each member of the group to try. This restaurant serves great food that makes you want to appreciate every bite. Sampan is linked, and this location is typically busy. Since the dining room was downstairs, there was a kind of nice corridor leading to it. You and your group can choose from a small variety of dishes to share at the table during restaurant week, with some items having an additional fee. There was a stronger romantic vibe. Here, the Kobe beef is a great choice.”
“The heirloom corn grits with crab fat sofrito & mother rucker burger were made to profección. Our server who I believe said her name was “(mi-ahh)” was also a vibe-genuine.”
“With an ever-changing menu, I know that no matter what vegan dish I order from Primary it’s always going to be exciting and delicious. Many of the dishes have kept me up at night from the french toast to the cheesesteak and the jackfruit medianoche.Chef Mark has always been hospitable and attentive, and you can tell how much passion he has for his plates and his community. This restaurant is truly a gem in Philly and the team behind its magic deserve all the success. If you’re looking for a place to try, you cannot go wrong by visiting Primary.”
“We are so incredibly lucky to live less than a 10min walk from West Passyunk to Stina. The food, staff and space are a perfectly balanced blend with so much love, care and attention to detail put into each dish. Order everything… Stina forever! 5⭐️”
“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.”
“The dining experience here was pretty good but not exceptional. The food was alright for the price, service was friendly enough albeit a little bit slow and lacking in attention.”
“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”
“Pretty good experience! There was a little bit of a mix up with what we ordered but they instantly took care of it and got us the rest of our food. Some of the food was hit or miss. The broll, Bloc party, Hijiki, and e I shumai was great but I didn't really like the chashu because it was a bit gummy and the wings were not my favorite. But other than that, it was all great. I will definitely come back soon to try more things :)”
“Such a great experience. The service was quick. Oh the food ???Vegetarian options: Of the 10 options 3 were vegan based so I’d say that’s a plus!Dietary restrictions: Plant-based preferred”
“Suraya Restaurant in Philadelphia is a culinary delight, offering an authentic Lebanese experience in the heart of Fishtown. It’s known for its exquisite food and perfect service, with a cozy ambiance that’s ideal for any occasion. The menu celebrates traditional Lebanese dishes with a modern twist, and the desserts are particularly renowned. While prices are a bit premium, the quality and the dining experience are well worth it. The patio area is a city favorite, providing a unique outdoor setting with a separate bar. Suraya isn’t just a meal; it’s a memorable dining event that’s definitely worth a visit.”
“Bought shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, esquites, chicken tacos and guacamole. The only downside is that the chicken tacos were made with dark chicken thigh meat, I wrongly assumed it would be chicken breast (my fault for not asking).Otherwise good decent food!”
“Definitely the best omakase in Philly!! Quaint bar setting BYOB! Right up close great sushi masters. No special occasion just decided to have sushi with my son. Every course was outstanding! Flavors were amazing. I love seeing the reactions of the other patrons as the eat the courses! Will definitely be back many time hopefully. Well worth the drive great neighborhood ample parking. “The food and service was phenomenal, the food came out so fast and right after we finished with our appetizers our plates were replaced. The sushi was so fresh and the presentation was beautiful! So happy to have found this place!! Can’t wait to come ”
