Bagels are never cut in half, barely toasted. The bagels themselves are good though. Staff is never friendly, does not greet you when you come in or leave even after providing a tip
So, I came up here this morning to have a nice breakfast with my family, a total of 5 of us. We go in and order our breakfast , and have no where to sit. Why the heck would an establishment or corporate do away with inside dining ? Are you trying to lose more business ? Okay so you get breakfast and coffee and go eat it where ? Outside at the table with two chairs ? On the bench next to the trash can ? Or walk to your car and eat in the car? We had to get all the food and drive...read full review

Menu across the whole chain is now terrible. I love me a tuna salad on bagel and they really only have 3 kinds of turkey sandwiches. Bagels are adequate but not worth the bad menu. Could of used more cream cheese.Store has no seating and has a bit of an unfriendly vibe. Overall, it's okay but can be skipped.A few years ago, I would say this was a must have. Sad to see it turn sour.Nothing terrible though if you are really hungry for a bagel.
