“I ordered online from their site thepretzelcompany.com. I was worried by a shipping delay of several days by UPS to get these to me on the west coast, but Philip let me know that they should still be shelf stable when they arrived and indeed they arrived fine as far as I can tell. The pretzels themselves are lighter in appearance than I expected, and they looked just like the frozen super pretzels from the supermarket. But after heating them as recommended they darken more and are definitely a step above the supermarket pretzels. The flavor and texture reminds me of pretzels at ballparks. They aren't quite as tasty to me as fresh German pretzels from Oktoberfests and German restaurants I've been to, but they'd be a great treat for guests at your next super bowl / event watch party.“
“I first started eating Philly Pretzels in West Chester. After the Red Lion location closed years ago, I was so happy to see a location going in just down the road. It's nice being able to grab one while at Giant, too. Delicious pretzels, friendly staff and always great customer service.“
“The Pretzel Stromboli, that's all I need to say. It's amazing! Very small on the inside and usually hot from the ovens so I've only ever ordered to go. Right in the middle of a neighborhood with houses all around it. One day I might try something else but as long as they have the pretzel boli that's all I need. The staff are always nice.“
“My food was disgusting, burnt, and freezing cold. There was barely any seasoning on it and they put to much sugar!!! There was only like 2 people working there and took like 5 people to make my food. I'm EXTREMELY angry and DISAPPOINTED!!! ALL I WANTED WAS SOME PRETZEL NUGGETS!!!!!!.....but overall it was pretty good“
“Visited for the first time today and loved it. Ordered an Italian pretzel sandwich with lettuce, onions, & banana peppers, and it was delicious. They did not skimp out on the meat and cheese, because my sandwich was packed full and every bite was satisfying. Highly recommend!“
