Do I actually have to give this location in York PA a single star?? This place is an embarrassment to the company. I challenge you to go to this store right now and find a clean table or a trash can that isn’t overflowing. Today with 4 employees hanging out and on their phones at 3:00 in the afternoon without any other guest in the store. It was absolutely trashed. It’s a shame. This is my second visit. I only returned because I had hoped management had stepped up, and I love Qdoba. Wrong. Someone needs to visit..unannounced. Disgusting.

I usually love this place but today was thoroughly disappointing. I put it an online order to be ready for 11:45am. I didn’t receive my food until 12:35pm. The one girl was very apologetic and let me know they didn’t have anything ready when she came in. She did give me a free entree card, a drink and some cookies which is appreciated and why I’m giving a extra start but it’s unacceptable to not have anything ready when they open at 10:30am. When I got home my order was cold, chicken was fatty and they forgot the juice that came with the kids meal. I should’ve checked before I left. Also, the drink station and floors were very dirty. I think it would be a good idea to look into new management for this place.
