I usually love this place but today was thoroughly disappointing. I put it an online order to be ready for 11:45am. I didn’t receive my food until 12:35pm. The one girl was very apologetic and let me know they didn’t have anything ready when she came in. She did give me a free entree card, a drink and some cookies which is appreciated and why I’m giving a extra start but it’s unacceptable to not have anything ready when they open at 10:30am.
