Service is VERY slow. Workers don’t move as fast as they should for the amount of customers they have waiting. I waited 30 minutes for my order… 2 smoothies. Ridiculous! Also, I must add that the remodeling is very poor.

We have been long time patrons of Smoothie King but the service at the East Market St location in York continues to disappoint. We ordered a Smoothie bowl and 20oz Smoothie. Both food items were satisfactory and served in a timely fashion however, while we waited for our items, we witnessed another patron wait at least 15 mins without any acknowledgement or anyone taking his order before he finally walked out. They always seem to be understaffed and definitely lacking basic customer...read full review
