Absolutely horrible! Overpriced and overcooked chicken. Don't even get me started on the macaroni salad. After one bit in the garage. Save your money and please go elsewhere

Incompetence at its finest. Went to KFC when I entered I was the only customer and a lady was doing something in machine no greetings nothing. I was standing there for 5 minutes and she did not say anything was doing something and then said I have 2 more orders so wait in a very intentionally unprofessional manner. And then I waited another 10 minutes then she came to take my order and took my order like she did not want to take the order. And it took more than 30 minutes for my order to be done. What is this? CEO of KFC and higher management should look into these kind of incompetent employees who do not want to do their job. Never going to KFC again after this experience . Customer is not spending money to get disrespected by KFC. And there are lot of food chains which offer same food and services. And then many other customers came in and still unbothered by customers KFC employees went on showing their incompetence. This is unacceptable. 0/10.

Was there the other day for lunch wasn’t real busy but waited 20 minutes for chicken. Yes it was noon but they should have plenty of chicken cooked ready for lunch crowd. Most people don’t have much time at lunch and waiting that long on a lunch break isn’t acceptable.

Came to this location this evening and got 2 Big Crunch boxes. There was only 6 pieces of popcorn chicken which is just sad, and their macaroni salad tastes rancid now, I spit it right out… not worth $33?

I am writing a review about all the negative reviews. They are awesome and hilarious!This location reads as though it has criminal activity going on (i.e. possible money laundering perhaps, LOL) hence the poor quality food and horrible uncaring customer service; perfect combination for a business that gives zero F's. One thing is for sure, the fact that 50% of wages to foreign employees is not working at this location. Our exalted leader Trudeau should look into this matter.

Delicious! One thing about most food places is it takes forever to get food. But KFC? Eating inside takes 5 minutes or less! Chicken is perfect! And the nuggets are perfect, so get them while you can! 10/10, big recommendation, would go whenever I can!Kid-friendliness: Let's be honest, kids might not like certain food or toppings. But KFC has food for the whole family!

What an incredibly worthless franchise. I took a chance with this place after they screwed up my order last time hoping they had gotten their act together. Cant make complaints over thephone so I guessit has to go here. Overpriced chicken that isnt even hot, you didnt send thelarge gravy with theorder, and you are charging almost four dollarsfor a can of pepsi. Will not oder from again. And neither should you. Whoever runs this placeis a joke, the staff dont pay attention to orders and they should be removed from skip and doordash for conpetency issues.

I pre-ordered so i wouldnt have to wait for my order, yet it soon became clear that my order had not even been started. This was after waiting 15 min. for the one group of 3 in front of me to get their order straightened out, & it still ended up wrong. When i first ordered it wrote that it would be 13 min. I showed up 20 min. later. The whole wait was over 25 min since i showed up. then they said I had not paid & because I was late I just paid & will sort it out later. So of course when I had time to look into it I had double paid. Total s*#t from beginning to end. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

It was overall the worst experience, first I visited them for dine in and no one was available there at the front desk, i tried to call them, but nobody responded, and i was able to hear them inside.Later on i went drive thru and they asked me to wait for a while in the corner but nobody showed up till 10mins, again i went inside to ask about my order and they said 1 minute please and they haven’t started the order still. Pathetic service. I ordered Spicy chicken sandwich and they just gave the chicken in it, no pickles and also the sauce was soo less. I was sooo disappointed with the service and also the quality.
