I ordered through my mobile app medium double double but still you have to wait for your order in a line . It happened two times first time they said there is no mobile order and i was getting late i paid again . Today second time i didnt get my morning coffee!! :( :(

I like the staff at Tim's and Petro. Very friendly and get my coffee and orders right 90% of the time. If they don't I just give back and they replace it. But that's a rare occurrence. My go to Tim's always.

The bagels are always a mess - cold and giant globs of cream cheese everywhere even on the outside of the bag. My breakfast wrap had no egg on it, they need to slow down and not time the drive thru

We visited this Tim Hortons at Stratford, which is located near the Petro Canada gas station. Usually, we come here after our cricket matches with a group of 15-20 people, and we've never had any issues before. However, this time, we placed a huge order, and the customer service was quite rude. When we pointed out that they missed a couple of items from our order, they agreed to make them, but we ended up waiting for 20 minutes just for 3 sandwiches and 2 ice cap mokas. Additionally, when we asked for a croissant chocolate to be heated up, the person attending to us put it aside and attended to other people's orders, making us wait for an additional 20-25 minutes. I even wrote this review while standing at the counter. I kindly request you to escalate this matter for further attention.

I had written a review previously in which I shared with your customers my frustration of not being served an Original Cold Brew with infused Expresso Foam in the same format each and every time. This unfortunately is a continuing concern.I also shared with you my frustration of not getting my complete order.I did contact this store the last time this happened and made sure today that I received the item that was not in my last order but paid for.And I did receive the usual response from you in an email to reach out to you on the website or call.I tried the website route but was taken to an entirely different spot! Again very frustrating.If you really want to make things right I #1 ask that that you train your employees in consistency of how to make your different coffees.And #2 why does it cost an extra .57 cents to put about 1/8th of expresso foam on the top?Let’s get real Mr. Murphy. If we’re paying that much for expresso foam give us at least 1/2 an inch or a tiny bit more.On PEI we have few locations to go to from the rural area that I am in and the drive can take anywhere between 20 minutes to 35 minutes.Please set up stores East of Ch’Town say in Vernon River or Cherry Valley.Thanks for your time.

Service at this location keeps getting worse and worse. They always forget parts of my order, and today was the worst. I ordered 2 farmers wraps and neither of them had a drop of farmers sauce, and neither of them had a hashbrown (which are the 2 main components that make up a farmers wrap??). I could have made the wraps better myself and I've never worked at Tim's. Such a waste of money...
