The bagels are always a mess - cold and giant globs of cream cheese everywhere even on the outside of the bag. My breakfast wrap had no egg on it, they need to slow down and not time the drive thru
You have some great new little workers who are taking their time to make sure they are getting their orders correct and are greeting customers very pleasantly at the window.Tell them to keep it up?
