I would like to highlight the excellent service I received tonight December 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Subway in Bois-des-Filions. The employee was alone, but very efficient and courteous. It had been a very long time since I had seen such a competent young employee. I hope the boss will thank him.
Really disappointed... There were 2 people in training and a more experienced lady but who stays at the cash desk and does not help the two in training in the rush. I ask for a signature turkey and bacon protein bowl... clearly not the right quantity, can I have it's a salad all in motton in my bowl, and I am told that I can choose what I put in it... d Usually it's the basic bowl in the picture... I just left the BoisDFilion subway (January 12, 7:30 p.m.) and was served by a young man (Chris) who is really excellent in customer service. He was alone and despite the crowds, he served everyone quickly and courteously. I hope that his excellent work will be observed by his manager.It's very, very rare to see this level of service in a fast food restaurant these days.
