I make a mobile order to save time and because I don't have time to eat there and when I arrive at my destination and open my bag the sub is not cut, I have to tear it , instead of combining cold meat it is with ham and it has been heated, half of the vegetables requested are missing. I contact the restaurant, I go there relatively often, and nothing to be forgiven except a little email already done. Next time I'll go a highway exit further or to the McDonald's next door...
I just left the BoisDFilion subway (January 12, 7:30 p.m.) and was served by a young man (Chris) who is really excellent in customer service. He was alone and despite the crowds, he served everyone quickly and courteously. I hope that his excellent work will be observed by his manager.It's very, very rare to see this level of service in a fast food restaurant these days.

I would like to highlight the excellent service I received tonight December 20, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Subway in Bois-des-Filions. The employee was alone, but very efficient and courteous. Worst subway ever . The guy did not give even napkin . Because of i did not tip he played the song with maxmium level so i cant talk and leave the store . I asked napkins they dont have napkins . I will Never go there again . They are very rude .
