wow tout était parfait merci
Today i drove 1.5 hours to come here.I consider myself somewhat of a sommelier of smoked meat and Edward’s is exquisite. I believe even Céline Dion would agree with me.The coleslaw is excellent and the homemade “tarte au sucre” is to die for. The service was very friendly and professional.I will pray to baby Jesus that they open one in the Laurentides.

Had a 9 oz sandwich and it was delicious!! In St-Constant, it just opened on december 8th 2023.
