“I was advised and served by a really professional and kind employee! I think her first name is Keno, she is often there when I come to the café, she is really attentive and kind! I was wondering what matcha tasted like and she described it to me in addition to offering me a taste! Very happy with her service :) Otherwise the other employees are also superb, always greeting the people who come in and smiling at us. Sometimes there can be noisy little children but it is not their power to silence them ahaha, in short incredible staff and very good customer service!!“
“The location is a typical Starbucks, it has been renovated two times since I have been going there, and it is generally, well-maintained, clean, and staff are all quite friendly and polite.The drive-through creates a fair amount of congestion, directly in front of the building, with that being said, the drive-through staff are quite quick, and the experience is not unpleasant.I generally go in, and this can sometimes take a longer time.Lineups are common, but if you go to Starbucks, you know that that is par for the course.When it’s very busy inside, it can be quite crowded as the location is small to medium sized.Paying with my Starbucks membership, and tipping staff gratuities through the app is much more convenient.Parking: The parking lot is always busy as it is located in the strip mall and generally people who are parking in front of the Starbucks are patronizing it. But on weekends it can get quite busy.“
