One standout practice is their initiative to offer mini samples of signature drinks to clients waiting for their orders, adding a personalized touch to the service.I was particularly impressed by the staff's dedication to customer service during an unexpected technical glitch when their debit/credit card machine was temporarily out of service. Despite my initial concern about having to go elsewhere due to not having cash on hand, the staff insisted on making my drink order complimentary as a gesture to offset any inconvenience caused.Additionally, during a late evening visit, the staff demonstrated thoughtfulness by offering my friend and I complimentary coffee cake and brownies. Their proactive approach, recognizing that these baked goods would otherwise go to waste at the end of the night, showcased a commendable commitment to both customer satisfaction and minimizing food waste.“
