“Very good, but we have the impression of not being in 2023 when we see the poor girls wearing a dress that barely hides their buttocks... they have difficulty walking because they are so embarrassed by this humiliating "uniform" that they are obliged to wear. Guys should wear the same kind of costume, they would understand injustice and sexism. The manager is quite old-fashioned, that doesn't make me want to go back and encourage a company that has so little respect for young women.Parking: Just below“
“"Dirty D is an absolute gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was lively and welcoming. The bartenders are not only skilled mixologists but also incredibly friendly, making every visit a memorable experience. The drink selection is top-notch, with creative cocktails and a wide variety of spirits. Whether you're here for a casual drink or a night out with friends, Dirty D delivers every time. Can't wait to come back for more!"“
“Memorable experience! The food was perfect. We took a tasting menu for 4 people, so that we could taste as many dishes as possible and experience the Nikkei. Literally everything was good!! The service was warm and professional. A must-have!“
“Fantastic!! Beautiful place with high energy vibe! Amazing cocktails, wonderful selection of dishes, well-prepared with delicious complex flavors. The wait staff were so friendly and accommodating, even helped me identify a music track that we loved!“
“We were really totally satisfied, impressed and fascinated with the food, service and atmosphere....thousand points...in every moment and detail of the attention provided by Chef Carmen at Bo' Dégât...we ordered Calamari, Galician Octopus, Spanish omelette and the specialty of the week and for dessert the Ganache....I really am left with the satisfaction of returning again...many congratulations and I recommend it without hesitation!!!! Thank you Carmen...an excellent person!!! And excellent culinary experience!!“
“Charcuterie Board Perfection! Lovely selection of meats and cheeses that you can customize by ordering each cheese, meat and accompaniment. We really enjoyed this local spot after a long day of walking and touring Montreal. Super fast & attentive service from Jerome. The food was quick, correct and absolutely delicious! Although it's on a busy street, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend.“
“I was visiting Montreal for few days and was looking for Brazilian food and I found this restaurant close to my hotel, it’s very easy to get there there is a metro station right on the corner. I’m speechless by the flavor of the food, it’s was incredible delicious, very well seasoned, I order some Brazilian salgados to start, coxinha, bolinho de bacalhau and risoles de camarão, was perfect fried and the dough was soft and the meat was very good seasoned, for main course I ordered the picanha and came with rice, beans, vinaigrette, farofa and fried yuca, the meat was cooked in perfectly way, the and rice and beans in small portions enough for one person. The close I went to this food test was only in Brazil, I’ve been to many Brazilian restaurants outside Brazil specifically in USA and nothing compares to this one. It’s a small restaurant the atmosphere was nice, a little bit Brazilian music, the only complaint I have was the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and broke, and the sink was full of water probably was also broken.“
“Our first time at La Central and we were very impressed. This restaurant even has table service, which I did not realize was an option here. You sit where you want and just advise them or they may notice you grabbing the menu and head over. The food was really good, we had a variety of dishes and some drinks. You cannot argue with the price either, I assume the overhead is reduced since they are within La Central, so you get a good deal versus a full restaurant. This area doesn't have the best food options, so I'm glad to see this option available for a nice meal and a decent price and there are many others within La Central as the place was quite busy and I have heard good things about many of the restaurants.“
“I have been out of Spain for a year and I was looking for food from there, someone recommended this place to me, the truth is that it is very beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very good. But I must say that the food disappointed me a little, I ordered broken eggs with ham and truffle, I felt the potatoes were very oily (it could be that the oil was not very hot, we arrived early and they were kind enough to serve us anyway) but the egg was scrambled and I haven't seen that anywhere there, in fact I think that gives a very delicious touch to the dish, then I ordered eggplant with honey, it's one of my favorite dishes but I didn't like this one at all, it had little honey and it's The first time I eat it with cream or Greek yogurt, I couldn't say what it is, I must say that that hurt me. On the other hand, the oxtail croquettes and trumpets of death were delicious and we ordered the Basque cheesecake for dessert, it was truly incredible.“
“We had booked the 3rd floor for an event and the bartender (Charles) was super friendly and even came down and back up a few times because I wanted to know what songs were playing. THANKS!We rented the same venue last year for a similar event and the service, beer and music were just as good.“
“First experience for me with friends and I loved it! ? Small, warm place with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food 10/10! A little noisy on the other hand so it's a little difficult to chat without raising your voice to understand each other, that's the reason for my 4 stars for the atmosphere but apart from that, everything was perfect! I will definitely go back! ??“
“We were there for NYE, and the service was too slow. We were supposed to have a fixed tapas menu, which was overpriced, and we got our first dish an hour after being sitted. It would take so long in between! at 11h30, we still had 4 dishes left that we decided to take home because we were not planning to be there for midnight.“
“Incredible service from the staff at Speakeasy this evening, great attitude, knowledge of our names (for a large group), fast and diligent service. Very good cocktailsAmazing DJ for musicVery very good food, only point, average portions (at least for my tartare, I would have liked to have a little more) fast serviceThank you all and see you soon “
“Excellent meal! Exquisite lamb chops! The char is cooked to perfection! The staff always smiling and super fast service even if the restaurant is full. The energetic atmosphere as you wish! What more could you ask for?? A good show!!P.S. Reserve because many people are refused entry“
“One of the best brunches in town! I tried the savory French toast: divine! Well soaked and golden brioche, lots of caramelized bacon, poached egg, spicy mayo ??, guacamole, whipped cream!!!! Everything was very balanced and tasty. The only negative point: too many sprigs of coriander lolI was unable to try the coffees due to a power outageBut congratulations to the team for these elaborate and tasty dishes, despite the break!“
“Went on a Wednesday night and it was really nice evening. The staff was very nice and attentive. The calamari was great, lamb dumplings very tasty... and the mushroom truffle risotto was unique. Would absolutely go back... would also check out some of their other “
“This little bistro is a real discovery! We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity and quality of the lunch menu, particularly the variety of tartars offered. Choosing from the different types of tartares was a real pleasure, and each of them was tasty in its own way. The warm ambiance of the bistro added to our dining experience, allowing us to fully enjoy our lunch. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and we are already planning to return to explore more of what this bistro has to offer.“
“Eating Greek fusion cuisine peppered with some historic things is totally new experience! Also Hospitality leverages ambiance and give you the best experience ever. Definitely coming back.Vegetarian options: Wide varieties of veggies plates“
“i’ve been to this venue twice and had a great experience both times. the space is small but is well adapted to different types of shows and performances. the staff is polite and quick and the ambience is very nice. unfortunately the drinks are quite expensive, particularly in contrast with other venues in the city.“
“Fantastic restaurant and excellent service. The salmon gravlax is delicious, and they had two great specials the day we went in, one an asparagus and fiddleheads dish with a poached egg on top, and a grilled sea bream. Both were great. Hard to go wrong here.“
“The only thing is that we had the table above the kitchen and some of the smoke came up. Didn't mind that much smells amazing but we did leave smelling like a bbq. All they need is a 20 in glass band under the mezzanine edge to keep smoke under there. But it is the best restaurant in town regardless“
“India Rosa has become one of our favourite spots in the city. It's a guarantee for a nice meal out. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is clean. The food is amazing, and all of the staff (including the kitchen), are incredibly friendly.“
“(Translated by Google) Wonderful tavern! Nice free pool table, the atmosphere is great and I emphasize the services which are simply perfect. I recommend 10/10(Original)Magnifique taverne! Belle table de pool gratuite, l’ambiance est génial et je souligne le services qui est tout simplement parfait. Je recommande 10/10“
“Superb discovery, I loved it! Favorite for the mushroom scallop foie gras ravioli and the lost brioche for dessert ❤️Edit: I went back in 2023 for MTL à table, it was a treat!I had returned there once again before, and it was more in tapas mode, and I found it really subpar compared to the "starter main course meal dessert" formula.“
“I visited Montreal for my birthday weekend. We decided to try this restaurant on our last night. From the moment you reach the basin tub serving as plantar, outside of the front door-you know that you are in for a treat! The dim lighting and well-done decor, takes you back to another time. Each and every item was placed meticulously-you can see the care and pride taken in this unassuming space. The bartender (Shiza-I apologize if incorrectly spelled) was a dream. The food magnificent! My cocktail-even better. The piano player as handsome as he was lovely and the shorts with bowtie told us he meant business! If you have a moment, try this restaurant. It is a stunner!“
“Quaint club in the heart of the city with a dining room up top, the club is apparently a renovated basement pool and the atmosphere is quite unique, great music, good lighting and the smaller sized space allows for a more intimate kind of vibe.“
“We were a group of 6 friends for a first visit. The menu was explained to us well. The owner chef is very friendly and welcoming, the whole group explained the different dishes. The atmosphere is like a local restaurant without any frills. Definitely I'm going back.“
“Three people, Friday evening, without reservation (reservation for group only).Beautiful menu with low and high prices, the same for the wine list. Good eponymous beers.Fish 'n chip: nice portion, good breading and cooked to perfection, crispy exterior and tender and juicy interior, good fries, good tartar sauce.Cornish chicken: "obviously small", well grilled, good piri-piri sauce, although light. Unfortunately, too many small bones in this little chicken, I would have paid a little more for a real quarter chicken.Mini burger: good breading, good buns, not much taste.Small potatoes with cheddar: good portion, very bland.Green beans and toasted almonds: good portion, good cooking, very good.Salad: good portion, light dressing, good.Pastei de nata: excellent, even if I'm not a fan of cinnamon, perfectly cooked, so tasty!Lemon tart: good meringue/lemon balance, doubtful, at first, a drizzle of slightly sweet and lemony olive oil, it was finally perfect.Bolo de bolacha: good consistency, good balance of flavor, surprisingly light.Good atmosphere, not too noisy. Prices for all tastes, courteous staff.“
“Finally got to try this place after years of living nearby and I should've visited earlier! We got the sharing menu as we were a big group and it's perfect because you get to try a big variety of meals to share and the portions are bigger than you would expect. Everyone was very full after all the food. It's hard to pick a favourite dish because they were all so good. The service is very friendly and they take the time to explain the dishes as you get them and are very attentive. Lots of seating too so this place is absolutely ideal for big groups who wanna share food. If you have someone who has allergies or is vegan/vegetarian however, the tasting menu cannot be changed so that is a bummer. IfThey do have some vegetarian options in the sharing menu but not a lot so keep in mind to check with your group prior to picking this place if the sharing menu works for everyone. You can also definitely order the meals yourself and not go for the group menu but I found the group menu great because we got a taste of everything and we didn't have to worry about not having enough.“
“Arthurs Nosh Bar and Cordova enjoy a symbiotic relationship. If you show up at the first place and have to wait, we will ask you to cross the street and go to the second place to have a coffee and we will call you as soon as your turn comes. For my part, I followed the opposite route. I enjoyed my waffles at the Jewish restaurant and sat down at the second one, warm and quiet, holding a cup of eggnog latte by the handle while I wrote these few lines. It must be said, the coffee offering is much more attractive at Cordova and its peaceful character and slow-paced music invite relaxation and conversation between two heads. Speaking of my head, I need to correct my posture immediately; my neck is starting to send me signals of displeasure. What's more, here you won't feel rushed to free up space.(Ironically, as soon as I finished describing the serenity of the Cordova, a trio of friends began a loud conversation a few feet from my table. The decibel level went up a notch and drowned out the music . Suddenly, a desire to leave arose within me. Well, can you blame people for being boisterously merry? After all, it's almost Christmas, by Toutatis.)I brought up the issue of coffee in relation to the Nosh Bar, but let there be no mistake. The Cordova obviously has its own value with its tiled tables, its slightly veiled light globes and its excellent drinks offer. Like the holiday atmosphere, I myself will indulge in extravagance by telling you that the employee behind the counter, dressed in her best Christmas sweater, has magnificent sparkling azure eyes.P.S.By consulting an article on Tastet supposedly updated on April 24, 2023, we present Cordova as a Spanish café serving tapas and coffees equipped with, and I quote, “a small, totally seasonal menu of magnificent tasty and local dishes”. I therefore regret to inform you that there is no trace of tapas for many years. On the other hand, they show you plump croissants from Hof Kelsten.Vegetarian options: Yes, and options with oat milk.Parking: On rue Thérien, you can find free places, except Mondays.Kid-friendliness: Not really, you come for a coffee, there isn't much to snack on.Wheelchair accessibility: Small drop in height, but enough space inside.“
“best experience with Ricardo Gomez. one of the 10 most prestigious mixologists in Montreal and not to mention the food, excellent flavor, super well served, and inexpensive. the atmosphere and the service is first, wow I came back with friends and family because the place is excellent, I recommend it 1000%“
“First visit to Iru Izakaya in Brossard. The Japanese decor is authentic and captivating. The sharing dishes were all delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was also impeccable. We had a wonderful evening with family. We can't wait to come back. THANKS!“
