Beats The Works 100% I have to be honest, when we saw another burger joint go up in Embrun we over looked it. But our friends kept talking to us about it and we all went. BEST burgers in town!! “Showed up on the later side on a Sunday, these burgers are worth it. Fries and salad as sides for it being the norm instead of just one or the other, makes for an easy to enjoy late night bite in this cozy watering hole. “Today I took my mom out for lunch and we decided on this spot based on the reviews & the fact we haven’t been yet. I loved the Swiss Mushroom burger as well as the Winter Kentucky Mule I had. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, let alone just in Ottawa. Natasha was an amazing server & was so much fun to chat with thru out our meal. She provided many laughs and smiles. She made us feel like family, over and beyond just that we were at a restaurant. We were thoroughly impressed by her! Great service & great food (especially at a reasonable price) is very hard to come by nowadays - but Bite does it all! Can’t wait to come back soon with some friends & try more of the menu!“

“The poutine is good, nothing more. The fries were soggy, cheese in abundance and the brown gravy was okay. The pogos are coated in a homemade dough but not crispy, mine was soft and not too hot. We took advantage of the heated space adjacent to the snack bar, which must have 3 large picnic tables that can accommodate around twenty customers. The service is always good. The line to order, on the sidewalk, was about 12 people and it took 10 minutes.“

“We came in from Kingston Ontario for a dance competition. Our server, Rashad, was very polite, informative, and very, very nice to our granddaughter. She asked for chocolate milk and he brought it with whipped cream on top which really made her happy. He said the smoked meat sandwich was the best in town and he was right. The food was excellent. We all had a pâté, either chicken or beef. Although ok, the pâtés lacked the creamy sauce inside. The small pot of "gravy" provided on the side did not compensate... The accompaniments were very good, except perhaps the salad which was not of the first freshness according to one of the guests, who complained of stomach aches at the end of the evening...In short, if we ever go back, we'll try the fish & chips and forget the salad...“
