Great drinks, if you get a large it's a really good value for the size of it. The staff aren't very friendly or helpful. They don't ask how much ice or how much sugar even though these are customizable. I feel hesitant to ask questions because they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. I prefer to order it for delivery when they have BOGO specials on Uber and skip the interaction
I had my favourite drink brown sugar latte at store, and took some of their signature bubble tea from the TOP 10 menu to share with families.The tea were all perfectly brewed, and the tapioca pearls were chewy and flavourful, and even they provided me a choice to adjust the sugar level, but trust me the default sweetness level they put were just right.And I see they got some bad reviews on their store atmosphere, but tbh, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile...read full review

As usual, bubble teas at Presotea are phenomenal! the staff very kind and pretty quick serviceSmall location but very cute, there is still 2-3 tables and a bench to sit down on the other side.Easy parking as well !
