Pas moyen d'être servi en moins de 25 minutes au service à l'auto le Dimanche tu rentres en dedans pi c'est le bordel les employés sont entrain de jaser entre eux et font rien pour la plupart. :( pas entrain de dire qui faudrait que ce soit une chaine de montage mais quand y'as 32 chars au service à l'auto qui ont pas avancé dans les derniers 15 minutes embraye change de vitesses je sais pas ?Finalement je changes ma note de 1 à 4 parce que malgré tout ça votre monsieur...read full review

I'm used to being positive and appreciative, but today, at this Tim Hortons, the service was terrible and the food was extremely dry.I had the impression that my bagel had been prepared 30 minutes ago because it was no longer warm and had become hard.The drive-thru window was barely open and it was difficult to hear the employee.She did not want to accept payment with the Tom Horton card. It was one of the best Tims I've been to in a long time. The new employees forgave my crude words, but it is very unpleasant to taste coffee once on the road and a simple 3 milk 1 sugar is not even respected, it happens very often. I asked for a splash of hazelnut in my Mocha, okay they didn't add hazelnut but when you taste it it's not very pleasant to see that it didn't have any.
