We enjoy our experience here because of Linda the manager she is always friendly courteous and she understands what customer service is all about. A&W is fortunate to have a member like Linda in your organization.Parking: parking is located in a mini mall which is very convenient as a location.

I tried to speak on the phone with an employee & the manager. They hung up on me before helping me because I asked to speak with the superior!!!What is this service, you are supposed to help customers, not ignore them.In addition they do not answer the phone & refuse to help me with my orders, very lack of professionalism, I will report it to the manager next visit.

They need more employees, hands down, takes forever to order anything.The onion rings are so salty now, not sure if it's just this location, but the amount of salt sprinkled on them now is really not necessary!Also, the chicken strips aren't even real thick chicken anymore. They are skinny battered who knows what now...They have changed them for the worst. Grose.
