Love A&W, sadly this franchise is far, FAR from the usual quality. Trays and dishes pile up all over making it impossible to dispose of refuse or to return trays. Also don't even think about deviating from the "standard" menu ( i e.: substitutions or ordering any special promos) because they just cannot handle them. I thought it was a language barrier at first, but I've experienced the same level of confusion ordering in French...Too bad, really. It is the closest one to my place...read full review
Update..they messed up my order. Teen burger and double teen look similar when doing a quick bag check before leaving drive thru window. Paid for 2 double teens and only received one. Didn't catch it until home. They didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't prove it! Annoying!
