“A lovely family-run restaurant in a great neighbourhood! We've been here every time we visit Ottawa, and so far every time has been excellent. We've tried a variety of their dumplings and their pad thai, and all of it is delicious. They don't have interior seating, so if there's good weather then you can sit at the tables they put out. A great bonus is that they are also environmentally-friendly - they asked us to bring back the take-out containers if we weren't going to reuse them so they could sanitize and reuse them themselves. We love everything about this place and will definitely be back again!“
“Was craving some noodle soup in a cold day and found this spot. Got a house salad, side of kimchi and spicy jjangbong. The house salad sesame oil dressing was surprisingly good. The kimchi was solid. The jjangbong was respectable, not the best I've had but decent. I'd probably try something different next time around if I make my way back to ottawa again.“
“I’ve been coming here at least 1-2 times a week, and I can easily say they have the best, most fresh, and most reasonably-priced sushi in Ottawa! The owners are very nice and welcoming, they always greet every customer with a smile. ?I got the platters for a birthday party, which were a hit with the guests.I’ve never seen salmon and tuna this fresh in Ottawa. I usually go for the specialty rolls or tacos. “Datsun was a delicious little treat for a delicious little trip to Ottawa. Pictured was the fried chicken bao which I love and adored but I also had a good time with the chilled noodles. Our server was incredible and provided chill vibes to match the noodles. No review on this account would be complete without a ginger ale so you best believe I had one with this meal. The presentation of the drinks that I and my friends had were effervescent. Great place, really enjoyed my time here“
“A gem of a place. I had never tried this type of bbq experience so it was with a little trepidation that I went with my son but it was fantastic. Our hostess was super kind and friendly and explained everything, helped with our choices. The meats, sauces, spices and vegetables were amazing. Definitely will be going back again.“

This is the best Thai restaurant in Ottawa and area that I've ever been. The pad thai is excellently authentic, the duck was a delish (the sauce and veggie stood out here), the soup is extremely rich and the spring roll is full and crunchy. Heck, even the dipping sauce is nothing I've ever tasted before.“

“I love Raon Kitchen's kimchi. it's not as salty as the store bought ones and tastes amazing. it's a staple item in my fridge. I've recently tried the gochujang paste and it's also wonderful. Hana's service is outstanding. We're fortunate to have Raon in Ottawa.“

“Don’t underestimate this spot! The location is in the basement but the moment you can smell the food as you come down the stairs you’ll know why this place has such great reviews. The tofu peanut soup was amazing and definitely hit the spot, was even better with a side of rice! The general Tao vegan chicken was great and we have lots of leftovers. It was such a shock that there was so many vegetarian/vegan options that I took forever choosing, everything sounded so good! We decided to dine in and the cashier was doing a million things but she still took the time to serve us and get us water :) Atmosphere is a little hole in the wall—but not in a bad way—if you can order ahead it can help with wait time as we came when all the delivery orders were coming in. Loved this place and will be back again!!“
“They're back! I ordered the seafood laksa (not on the menu, but they used to make it occasionally, and they still do) and it was a sumptuous feast for the senses! The broth was rich and spicy, a symphony of flavors. Based on this laksa, and having tried most of their dishes before they closed, I bet everything else tastes top-notch and they've kept the same quality level. I'll be back!“

The pad Thai was very disappointing especially when it’s their featured item. I don’t understand ketchup in pad Thai.“
“Tasty asian fusion.I ordered takeout for one person, and food was ready quickly. The woman who took my order was friendly and nice. I ordered a bowl and egg rolls. Both were flavourful and warm after driving home.I'd dine-in here if the chairs looked more comfortable, and had back support. They had stool seating when I went. It was quite a drive for me to find this place, but I'd come back!“

“Great spot for a quick takeout option during workdays. Portions are actually pretty good for a lunch hours - not too much to put you to sleep but enough to fill you up. The special of the day (satay chicken) was really good and will definitely return for more.“
