Horrible service. They made mistakes on my three drinks and when I complained I was told to stop by and pick up the right order or go through Skip again and pay for new fees in an attempt to correct their own mistakes. No customer service at all!!!!!! And it is not the first time the make mistakes with my orders. Never again!

Mother's Day 2021...decision to have KFC. I arrived in the parking lot and parked. Put in my mask and proceeded to go inside because the drive thru queue was very long. At the door I noticed a 8x11 yellow paper saying that service was drive thru only. I get back in my vehicle to try and figure out how to get to the back of the line. Finally figure it out with much backing up and go forward. It might have been a good idea to use something like cones to mark the drive thru line so that drivers coming in from both entrances knew where to get in line or if they chose to leave where to get out of the line. Also a bigger sign indicating drive thru service only so drivers don't have to park and get out just to find out they can go inside.Once I did order though...45 minutes later, the process was great. Yummy chicken for supper.

has the worst service! i waited for an hour and a half when i ordered my food. i would say 30 minutes fine but almost 2 hours??
Really better than the PFK of Montreal. Keep it up

We have purhased items here three times in the past couple of months. The first time they neglected to put in the sauces and gravy. The second time we ordered for home delivery and they neglected to include the pepsi. Their response was to offer one next time we came to the store instead of delivery it. The third time (drive through) I ordered a 7 up and I got Soda water and there was blue plastic fried in with the popcorn chicken. Not likely to visit again and this last item is rather disturbing.

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I was supposed only to go in to pick up the order I made online. I ended up very angry with the customer service and with half of my food in the parking lot due to those bad quality bags. I don't even eat chicken, only got that for my family and they said it wasn't even remotely enjoyable.First time KFC, last time.
