It's a shame during the week the employees are friendly, but that's not okay, on the weekend the white girl who gives orders at the drive-thru on the weekend is very disrespectful and lacks professionalism after insulting me when She gave me my meal with racist words that I won't mention here, because it might offend. And I even went in to get some straws because she hadn't put in my order and the little employee who looks extremely badly at the customers, it's not me personally, but I saw that she was looking at a girl of 'a look, so unprofessional the same employee who served me on Easter day I could have had better service change jobs if you are not happy.

The owner of the McDonald's almost didn't want to give me my cream sugar and milk because I forgot to ask it at the intercom we count them. She replies with a big huff non-willing to give me the condiments ... To the owner, if you happen to stumble upon this, I need to express my utter disappointment with my recent take-out experience. It's March 23rd, 2014, 9:42 PM, and your manager, "Joyin," is a prime example of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Since when is it my responsibility to memorize the prices of my order just to get a receipt? Since when is it acceptable for a manager to raise their voice at customers, let alone insult them? Even if I were in the wrong, a manager should possess the basic skills to handle such situations with decorum. And don't even get me started on the 30-minute wait, the ice-cold food, and the cherry on top - the insult. Bravo, truly stellar performance. Keep up the stellar work!

I went at 10:55 to order I asked if he was starting to host them. A girl answered me at 11:00 I said ok I will go around and wait. I went back I arrived at 10:59 at the service at the car the same person answered me just said 11am when speaking it was 11am on min cell, there was another car that arrived at the other intermediary as she served it there was no one both times. I spend on average about $75 on each order about 4 times a week the black dodge ram with the 4 children in it will not fit your home anymore, keep up the good work.

This is always the worst mcdonalds ever.The drive thru is completely dysfunctional and the wait time is at least 10 minutes at the order speaker. Without any cars in front ...I have no idea what the problem is.

Came to order lunch and a sundae with extra chocolate, both the cashier and the manager did not know how to charge me for extra chocolate so they refused to give me the sundae. I asked the staff member if they could just charge me for extra sauce or for a second sundae and just give me one with extra chocolate and she refused. Under no circumstance would she apply any critical thinking skills and add more chocolate to my sundae no matter how much I was willing to pay for it. Decided to leave without ordering anything and went over to a McDonalds that hires staff with above room-temperature IQ and was able to pay for a sundae with extra chocolate.

Attente au service à l’auto: Stationnement # 2: service assez rapide mais manque 1 paille, 2 sauces aigre- douce (même si c’était écrit dans la commande), frite ? à moitié pleine, et pas de napkins (comme d’habitude)
