Excessively long service, I'm still waiting after 15 minutes for a BLT bagel and a coffee.3 people inside, 2 after me received their orders, 1 car only at the drive-thru.I understand the wait when there are a lot of people but there was no one there...
Good luck finding a clean table at this disgusting place. The place was not busy and every single table was dirty. Floor was gross. Bathroom was dirty. The staff in the kitchen were loud and yelling at each other laughing. Very unprofessional. The fries were cold and they forgot to put salt on it. The ketchup was empty. No paper in the self order machine to print receipts. What else can I add to this embarrassment of a business. Owner, management needs to do better. Hire new staff...read full review
