We have lived in SE Asia. The Pho here is better than any Pho we have had in Ottawa. A very nice broth for the Pho. The grilled pork and vermicelli was very tasty. The coffee and the jackfruit smoothie were awesome!

I ordered rare beef/beef brisket noodle soup. The broth was delicious ? but beef brisket was not tender. My friend ordered grilled chicken noodle soup and said it was alright. I had to taste her broth and my verdict ??.They forgot to pack some basil leaves but it's ok..I'll give them another chance! We also got pork n shrimp spring rolls...had better??\\u200d♀️ n overpriced. My friend's daughter got chicken fried rice and also liked it but noticed that there wasn't much in the container and not worth $15..had better elsewhere!

great little place, with a kind of cozy atmosphere, for starters we had the shrimp spring rolls, best we have had yet in Gatineau. My meal I ordered the C100 grilled pork and rice which was very tasty, my wife ordered P125 grilled pork with noodles. We both enjoyed our meals. The food is very tasty, the vegs are fresh and colourfull, and portions are plentiful, The prices are very good

For $17.99 (which is the highest price I've paid for this dish from any restaurant) I'm extremely disappointed. PRO: although the pork is thin dry slices it is seasoned well. CONS: the noodles were overcooked, there were NO FRESH HERBS!!!, no lime, had maybe 8 whole peanuts tossed on top as an afterthought, it was the most basic version of this dish I've ever had and I wouldn't order from here again let alone pay anywhere near that price for whatever that was. Also the serving size for the price was small. We also ordered the rare beef Pho and it is mediocre at best. Again, NO FRESH HERBS, and bland (but at least it wasn't salty). For 1 order of Pho and 1 order of Vermicelli it was over $50 through Doordash. I should have found a decent pho restaurant off Doordash and gone and picked up something of higher quality. Will put this place on my never order from again list.
