I think the place needs attention on cleaning up the tables even when busy. As I use to work at one years ago. When China and cutlery were used we still maintained a clean atmosphere. This is the Norm at All Tim Hortons All About the Money. Customer service cleanliness is not Required. Very Sad
Aside the fact that I just LOVE Timmies in general, i am thrilled with this location. The staff here are always very kind. That doesn't always happen in Quebec, when you speak English to someone, so pleaseknow that it is noticed and VERY appreciated. Especially with my teen son who speaks ZERO French and "has a little Autism in him", as he likes to say. He was pretty close to being terrified when I asked him to go in and order for himself.
