This place is useless, i had a family emergency and tried to contact the place but the number was never picked up i rang and rang and no one picked up this place is so unprofessional it's disgusting. Don't ever put a number under a location if you're not going to answer!!!

I hesitated going back here after how rude the employees were last time. Should have listened to my gut because nothing changed. The employees do not even say hi to address you, they just start speaking super cold and rude. When you leave, they do not say bye or have a good day. There is zero customer service going on here. Anytime you order food in the drive thru, they send you to park- okay whatever. But last time I went, they forgot me there and claimed I had left and they were looking for me when they finally remembered my order. I was there waiting the whole time, stop lying! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be going to Lucerne from now on.

Friday afternoon, between 13:30 and 14:00, I was the 3rd client in line inside. Outside, car service line was full. Inside, we waited for 5 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged our presence, we could of at least been told “it won’t be long, we are understaffed and very busy, sorry for the wait”…Tired of waiting and also dissatisfied of not having been acknowledged, I left without buying my lunch and coffee, and as I got to my car, the client in front of me was also leaving. She mentioned that she wasn’t happy at all that no one even looked at her.Can’t comment on food or atmosphere as I didn’t get the chance to eat and experience the lobby atmosphere.Parking: Only 2 cars in parking lot…Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair access…but don’t expect to get served.

Worst managed Tim Hortons. 50% of the time, my order is wrong in the drive-through. Staff is under trained and management is bad and heard they don't pay employees correctly or on time.

C'est un tim toujours sale à l'extérieur. On le mentionne et rien se fait. Honnêtement Tim devrait vendre des franchises à un ou une propriétaire qui sera présent (e) pour s'en occuper. La marque Tim se déterriore à chaque année et ce n'est pas en vendant des franchises à des propriétaires qui en détiennent 4-5 ou plus.En passant j'ai contacté votre numéro et personne n'a répondu donc vous au siège socia arrêtez de mettre des messages de compléter vos formulaires et au lieu allez visitez vos restaurants et constater comment ils sont tous croches et mal gérés.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons, slowest service you'll get in the entire region I'll say. I used to sympathize because of lack of staff, but it's been 5 years now and I realized even with staff they just absolutely suck. It's incredible really. I make the mistake of coming once in a while since it's right next to my house and it's supposed to be more convenient, every single time I'm upset, disappointed and wasted 30 min minimum stuck in a drive thru for one coffee. I used to work at tim Hortons, I have high patience normally. The business is all about speedy service and consistent products. Not the case at this branch. THEY HARDCORE NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT.

The slowest fast food experience I have ever experienced ! We waited 19 minutes for 3 breakfast wrap , confused about the drinks - while in the store there were just 6 customers at the table , not in line . I do not recommend coming at this location! On top of everything, one guy dropped a clean utensil on the floor and put it back to be used. This location is not safe !
