Friday afternoon, between 13:30 and 14:00, I was the 3rd client in line inside. Outside, car service line was full. You’re in Quebec!You can't even place your order like everyone else.You place your order at the drive thru,In English, zero French effortAnd I make the effort to speak English.when you arrive to pay, you are asked for your order again because even in English it didn't work!We don't even understand you!Your order is half done!You don't feel like eating anymore and you just say thank you bye
