I want to be objective, if you live at the hotel the restaurant is good but it's just not one of the best restaurants in Joliette.The choice of starter is not interesting soup, cesar salad, poutine, tartare, I would have hoped for more elaborate something out of the ordinary. As for the menus, it is also quite ordinary. Small cooking accident for my filet mignon which should have been medium well cooked but which was almost rare. The waiter was quickly in the kitchen and it was perfect.Very good service, European style meal, almost empty plate but very tasteful.Good selection of alcohol and wine.Arriving without a reservation and we ate without waiting too long. $120 for two people.

I ate the royal cheesebeger. I took a butcher at least to try it, it was so dry the bread was hard. Unfortunately, I didn't make a good choice. My parconte friends took pasta and fish which were excellent. The service was great and the atmosphere too. Just above having paid. to finish with a coffee and a dessert at the price of the full dinner when I didn't eat the dry barter meal.
