“Great cozy spot in downtown Waterloo. I stopped by for an ice coffee and had a quick game of Connect Four. They have a selection of games (crib, scrabble, cards) to play in their cafe and some books on the shelf. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. I will return to try out their food items.”

“On the way to Balnea Spa, we stopped at Le Sage Brasseur in Cowansville. Robin and his wife Shirley Ann were super hospitable in letting us in at closing time, taking the time to share their knowledge of the area, and serving us some of the incredible beer. We had a fantastic “experimental” IPA brewed with a single hop, some really lovely beer brewed with black currants (I don’t usually like fruit beers, but this one was excellent), and a really smooth Wit beer with hints of orange and spice. They also serve food. A most excellent experience and highly recommended!!!”

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to make adaptations to your dietary restrictions and choices at a good price for what you're getting!Dietary restrictions: Most products are already gluten or lactose free, but the staff can always advise you when something isn't. Some modifications can be made for those dietary restrictions. But you can always just request to remove whipped cream and such.”

The food was excellent, our server recommended a few dishes for us to share. The place is very well located, a few minutes from the mountain and easily accessible by highway.
