Simple and quaint, felt like we were somewhere in Europe (Poland, maybe?). Two offerings each of soup and scones - all really good! “On the way to Balnea Spa, we stopped at Le Sage Brasseur in Cowansville. Robin and his wife Shirley Ann were super hospitable in letting us in at closing time, taking the time to share their knowledge of the area, and serving us some of the incredible beer. We had a fantastic “experimental” IPA brewed with a single hop, some really lovely beer brewed with black currants (I don’t usually like fruit beers, but this one was excellent), and a really smooth Wit beer with hints of orange and spice. They also serve food. A most excellent experience and highly recommended!!!”
