I have a gluten intolerance, so I have become accustomed to leaving restaurant outings hungry, as gluten-free options are often limited and I'm the only one of my family and friends, therefore it often gets overlooked. Well, let me tell you, I was treated LIKE A QUEEN. I was able to enjoy everything and Chef Paolo even came out to discuss my dietary needs to make sure everything is ok and to give me options for how I would like my veal cooked. WOW! That level of care and attention was truly exceptional Everyone in our party was amazed by the quality and taste of the food. We are an Italian family that cooks homemade authentic Italian food, so we're not easily impressed. Each meal earned a 10/10 as did my gluten-free meal. Everything was served at the perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious. Alessandro was checking on everyone and chatting like he knew us forever. What an absolute delight, this was a perfect evening. Beautiful restaurant, outstanding food and amazing staff. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Lasalle. My mom normally doesn’t even like goat, but she absolutely loved the goat here! It was so tender and full of flavour.

“Finally! A proper Uyghur restaurant in Montreal!
I had been missing guiru lagman for months since my trip to Central Asia, and Le Taklamakan brought back memories of some of the best Uyghur food I tried there.
Both versions of lagman - guiru and suiru - were amazing. Properly hand-stretched noodles, flavourful meat, and perfectly cooked vegetables. The pilaf (plov) was also excellent and tasted just like a comforting home-cooked meal.
Definitely 5 stars for the food. I’ll absolutely be coming back!”

“Forty members of our family and friends gathered at Bocci Restaurant after a funeral, and they took great care of us. They helped lighten the mood at the end of a difficult day. The staff at the counter were quick and genuinely friendly even with a line forming around six pm. Got a maple dip donut with my double double and both were exactly what I needed after a long day. We had palouri, plantain, chicken chow mein, patties, and roti - all outstanding. The chicken roti (with authentic dahl puri) was beyond amazing!! The location is almost always busy, which says a lot about the loyal customer base they have built over the years, yet the team manages to keep the service remarkably quick and efficient.

What stands out is the consistency. The drinks are well prepared, the tapioca pearls are fresh, and the ingredients are good quality. Even during busy periods, orders move quickly without making the experience feel rushed. The staff clearly know how to handle a high volume of customers while maintaining the quality people expect from Chatime.

It is also nice to see a franchise location with a genuine family-operated, local feel. There is a sense that this store has become part of the neighbourhood rather than simply another chain location.

“I’ve been to a couple of Café Dépôt locations where the coffee didn’t taste that great, but this location at Carrefour Angrignon is different. The coffee was really good and had a nice taste, and the service was also friendly and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and definitely one of the better Café Dépôt locations I’ve visited.”

“We got a table at the terrace with our little pup during our walk. The weather was nice and we got to enjoy it. The waiter was so nice, he actually pet her. We got the Steak & Pepperoni sub and the Big Joe. It tasted fresh and natural just like at home. I like the sub bc it has lots of veggies. The milkshake was a bit too sweet for our taste, but we also got an iced cap which was not very sweet to balanced it out. We didn't notice anything wrong with our bill. I left 15% tips per usual without any pressure at all.

“Really delicious sushis. It is my go-to. When I have exams or on my birthday, my mom surprises me with Sushiman sushi. Sushiman has become a special place to me because of the memories when I was gifted these sushis by my mom. The people who work here make it all the more special too. They are truly caring, welcoming, and sweet. The sushis are freshly made each day. Cleanliness is maintained.

My go-to sushi orders are "Crispy", "Crabe de Neige" (which is the same filling for Cripy sushi but the rice is inside rather than outside, "Salmon nigiris", "Avocado hosomaki", and recently I started liking the "Buddha wrap" and "Tuna tartare maki". In the picture I didn't order the previous 2 I mentioned but they're delicious.”
