It's chaotic in there. Clients are super loud. Staff is always running around like tgey is kind of lost. The burger was soo greasy all the grease was all over the bun, and the condiments were oozing out it, was a mess for a child to handle! We've been here a few times, and it's almost always like this!

Hello, the service does not appear to be bilingual. They asked in French and answered us in English. I made the effort to speak in English to get the tea I asked for. Is this normal in your McDonald's? So make sure you have a minimum of service in French, it seems not too much to ask for.
