Very good pie, it's in the top 3 in Laval for me.The crust is very light and flaky, however, the pie was undercooked. The middle was soft with a massive amount of flop, I couldn't even pick up a slice without the toppings falling off. Even though the pie came out undercooked and could have stayed in the oven longer, it still had a nice char.The sauce is nice, with great tang. There's a good amount of toppings; they don't go over the top, it's just the right amount.Overall, a very good pie. I give it an 8.6. That's a review.

I've been wanting to try Pizzeria No.900 for some time. We opted for the Centropolis one. Arrived around 7 p.m., we had not reserved, there was a small table for 2 still available. There were also a few free group tables, which filled up in no time. We wanted to save room for dessert, so we didn't get an appetizer. We went there for the pizza only. We chose the Salami and the Smoked Meat.Of the 2, I preferred the Smoked Meat. The dough/crust is excellent. We will definitely go back to try more. Although there were some traditional Italian desserts (Cannoli, Tiramisu,...), we decided to have it elsewhere.

Had the polpette entree for lunch, they were good but just not worth it. Was expecting actual meatballs, received 5 pieces of sausage in a tomato sauce.It was good and the tomato sauce was tasty, but it was not polpette.
