No one there spoked English . It took to long to get my order and they gave the wrong stuff . Horrible customer service.Hire some English speaking people. YOU ARE IN CANADA!!! SPEAK ENGLISH
Drive-thru service constantly closed and the head employee does not respect the opening hours and constantly blames the lack of employees. Customers find themselves face to face with a barred door after 5 o'clock in the morning.

I have points to redeem... For donuts I chose. The first clerk can't do it. She's asking for help! That's great. The manager is unable to complete the transaction. After 15-20 minutes, he doesn't know what to do, he wants me to pay in money instead of taking my points, he tells me that another time, it will surely work ?...
