“Saw a fellow Torontonian review who rated highly on this restaurant during his visit to Montreal. So we gave it a try without much hesitations.This is a cozy and friendly restaurant. We were greeted with a great smile by the server. Having known we don't speak much French, she shifted the channel immediately. She patiently explained the menu (which is in French) and helped us with the order.The dishes served were very delicious and big in portion. Choices are many, and they have photos to go along. “Ordered thru uber eats and I really like the presentation (see photos).They had both the thinner ones (called chi-chis?) which were alright, and the regular thicker ones, which were really good! Just remember to have the dolce de leche ones and not the Nutella!That being said, its quite expensive at about $4 to $5 per churro + tax! Still have to go with 5 stars since it is one of the only places where the churros have the filling inside, as it should be! Instead of a separate dip cup.Again, remember to order the churros (not the "chi-chis") and it must be the dolche de leche ones!!!“

“Visiting from NYC, USA . I’ve noticed there are a lot of cafes but this cafe is in a unique small place. The girl Mathilde that works behind the counter is very friendly, nice. The hot chocolate and chocolate croissant was great and tasty, she made the hot chocolate very hot like it’s suppose to be. I would definitely come back here when I visit the area again .
