This Tim Horton's is the restaurant version of a wake-up call with drinking and mood issues. The drive-thru is often (randomly) closed. Often there is a lack of items and the bathrooms appear functional but see the photos, taken on a Saturday around 11 a.m. in the morning. In short, don't go there until the direction or management completely changes because currently it seems to be in operation thanks to 3-4 young people of only 17 years old.

Courteous and efficient service. The food was okay (like all Tims). But, the tables hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when (crumbs, stains, sticky). The toilets were disgusting (both men and women): only one functional cubicle, condemned urinal, very, very dirty! The mason dryer does not work and no paper to replace it. Frankly, this restaurant has seen better days.

Smelly and really dirty toilets ??broken toilet flush, yellow limescale in the tunnel due to continued lack of cleaning...How would you taste eating from the hands of employees using the same toilet????

Poor customer service. Had to repeat the order few times to make them understand. At the end they gave us wrong order, cold untoasted bagels, forgot an item. And forget about the waiting time.

95% of the time the drive-thru is closed, extremely slow service. You wait in line for 15 minutes to be told who can't make half of their menu. After being there several times I give up.
