Coffee had a lot of grains in, the promotional baileys donut were average, the guy who took our order gave us regular coffees when we asked for the promotional baileys coffee that I mentioned at 3 different times before paying, only to tell us after serving us the coffee that they did not have the baileys coffee items at this time.Usually they're better, but today was BAD
Employees usually don't seem to care about you. And at times I'd try to get in during the evening or night and the doors are locked. It'd still be opening time and I'd see at least one employee inside. Why would you indicate that you're open but lock the doors and put cones in the drive-through. It just makes no sense and I don't drive so I can't just go to another Tim.

Courteous and efficient service. The food was okay (like all Tims). But, the tables hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when (crumbs, stains, sticky). The toilets were disgusting (both men and women): only one functional cubicle, condemned urinal, very, very dirty! The mason dryer does not work and no paper to replace it. Frankly, this restaurant has seen better days.
