Some of these time Hortons by this owner are really terrible service.Very slow service and 1/3 of the time the orders aren't good. And when the fix the problem thier is a 50% chance of them getting it wrong.Always blaming it on covid.So sad. Going to McDonald's
July 2023 - Service has been garbage through the drive through for months. Slow service, the odd grumpy employee, messed up orders, etc. The service time through the drive through with 3 cars is about 4 mins from the time you get your order to the time you receive it. They are not respecting the delivery timer by any means. Earphones and horsing around seen while waiting for my order at the window. It took a really long time before I was served at the cash register even though there was no one in front of me (the cashier was busy making orders, I imagine). The one who appeared to me to be the manager was impatient with the employees, yelling at them several times during the 15 minutes I was in the store. Really not a great experience...
