It took a really long time before I was served at the cash register even though there was no one in front of me (the cashier was busy making orders, I imagine). The one who appeared to me to be the manager was impatient with the employees, yelling at them several times during the 15 minutes I was in the store. Really not a great experience...

Some of these time Hortons by this owner are really terrible service.Very slow service and 1/3 of the time the orders aren't good. And when the fix the problem thier is a 50% chance of them getting it wrong.Always blaming it on covid.So sad. Going to McDonald's
I ordered an iced mocha latte and instead I get a large hot coffee…the guy who served me wasn’t communicating well and I ordered in French and was confused. He told me he didn’t have mocha so I said I’d get caramel instead but that’s not even what I received. I also ordered a farmers wrap and the potato was soggy and it wasn’t really good. Slightly disappointed but from here on out I’ll just make my own iced coffee at home and it’ll taste way better than this watered down coffee. Couldn’t finish the coffee for it tasted awful so I just emptied it in the bathroom sink and you’d be surprised by how many coffee cups I saw in the bathroom trash, it was kinda hilarious but all I’m gonna say is that was definitely not worth a five dollar cup of coffee. ????♂️

They’ve messed up my order plenty of times and they always refuse to give me the receipt for my order and claim that it takes too long, if it was just once or twice it wouldn’t really matter but they’ve messed up my order almost every time I go

July 2023 - Service has been garbage through the drive through for months. Slow service, the odd grumpy employee, messed up orders, etc. The service time through the drive through with 3 cars is about 4 mins from the time you get your order to the time you receive it. They are not respecting the delivery timer by any means. Earphones and horsing around seen while waiting for my order at the window. New staff do not know their menu well or say something is not available, but it is. Service inside is better and more organized. But the drive through is bad. Food is your standard Tim Hortons food. Nothing special. It is what you expect as long as they don't mess it up.Wheelchair accessibility: You have a button on the doors, a ramped sidewalk to get in and you can move around the store. Bathrooms unknown.
