Impeccable customer service, nothing to say about that. Unlike the food, which was very lacking in seasoning, I ordered a meat burger which had no taste not even salt, very dry also no sauce in the burger not even mayonnaise, I think if you bet more on flavors and adding character to your dishes, customers will want to come back, especially since the center is often full of customers ?
I'm surprised at the low ratings. We actually had a great experience. We ordered the smoked meat club and the pasta. Both were really good. I think it was a husband and wife duo running the place. They took their time prepping the order and I could see them doing it. All clean and well done. Portion sizes were good. Overall we enjoyed our meal!

I have never had smoked meat from this franchise. Now I know why. The meat was ok, but the rye bread slices were so small and not fresh. Not good. The plate was served with a sufficient amount of fries, a miniscule amount of coleslaw, and a drink for $18. It was a bit expensive for what I got. Since they are located at Rockland shopping center, I have a choice of places to eat. Will I eat there again? Probably not.
