We had our last dinner in Mont Tremblant at Central and it was spectacular! The service was superb, the food was great (the kids loved the ham and cheese sandwiches and the passion fruit crème brûlée), and the music was nice as well. We went well before the restaurant turns into a night club and loved the vibe! Best dinner in Mont Tremblant!

Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. Loved every bite. The ambience was good - just a bit cold inside. Wish we could have seen some live entertainment to make it a bit more lively. But overall a great place and we'd come back.
Amazing culinary adventure in Quebec! The chef definitely outdid himself... each tapas was a little bite of heaven. The Foie Gras, duck empanadas, razor clams.. omg. So yummy! Our server, Charlene, was lovely. Excellent job! Oliver the GM was fantastic too. Highly recommend!

We went to the bar today, Bouncer, very nice bartender with terrible brown hair. I'm a bartender and I'm really patient and understanding but she was rude, I've rarely seen that. In short, nice place, I went there before where I had good service but I am left with a bitter taste

One of our best meals in Mont Tremblant. We highly recommend a visit. The shrimp dish, bikini sandwiches and empanadas are fantastic. And the white sangria was awesome. We will be back during our next trip.

Service was really good, and atmosphere was fun. The sangria was really good and had a good drink selection. Food was very small portion and very $$. Would come back for a drinking night, and snacks, not dinner.
Excellent food, perhaps the best we've experienced in the Mont Tremblant pedestrian village in several trips here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a very food allergy aware restaurant. Will definitely be back on future trips!

When we first arrivedservice was fine and we had reservations. After we ate they kicked us out of our booth telling us people booked it. No one went into the booth at all. We had to hold our coats in our hands and unfortunately didn’t enjoy our time.They didn’t offer any accommodations and the manger was extremely rude.

Looking for a good time at a night club during your trip? I’d recommend walking 30ft to the right and going to caribou. Poor service here rude workers, not worth your time or money.

Absolutely terrible service at the bar, I get it’s a club and busy but there’s no reason to wait 30 minutes for a drink and get told by the bartender we can keep waiting or leave.Left and went to another bar nearby, significantly better service and atmosphere.Will never be back to central.
