We waited 20 min in drive through and when we got to the window we were told to do the drive thru again because they didn't get our order. I said I will wait here or in the parking lot to which the manager threatened us that if we do not get away he will call the police. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Its like they do not care who about the customers. Worst experience ever.
PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS MCDONALDS! DONT GO HERE. I would give this place a zero if i could. Every single time i go, it is closed.... and they always get my order wrong. One time, they charged me for 40 nuggets and only gave me 20.... imagine how happy we all were? When I called to see where i could make a formal complaint, the lady just told me to go to the other McDonald's on the 117... really made me year MCDO.
