The meals are a breath of fresh air. Refined, delicious, often exceeding the total quantity specified and they are constantly adding to the selection. You should be very pleased if you are as difficult as I am and you are looking for a variety of healthy meals that are seasonal and provide you with different starchy side dishes so you can balance a weekly menu. Decent service overall, but things need to be improved. It looks like there are 2 cooks, so not all dishes are equal. Some lack seasoning and flavor while others are very tasty and indulgent. Generally speaking, you confuse vegetarian dishes with healthy dishes. (Polenta is present too often even though the use of certain vegetable proteins was interesting). More detailed labeling would be welcome. The freshness of the fish should be impeccable.
