We have eaten in and ordered from this particular Crusty's many times and have dealt with a male manager/owner. He has ALWAYS been polite and helpful. Recently when trying to reach him a woman answers and doesn't speak a work of English and NDG is a mainly English neighborhood. When calling to deal with an issue, she can not communicate and doesn't understand anything I am trying to say. She has now hung up on me 3 times when trying to talk with her.. Owner of this branch is super nice! She always asked our group if everything was good and if we needed anything. In terms of the food, the burgers, poutine, chicken wings and fries were pretty good. We also ordered the mac and cheese which was kinda confusing in flavor ( 2 sauces that ended up tasting a bit sour when mixed together) but other than that it was good!
