Delicious bakery in the Mile-End section of Montreal. We had some of their items on a food tour. I would certainly return.

Love their chocolate sourdough. Don’t miss it. Other breads are all good. The only downside is some staff could be mean to English speaker. Yesterday I went the staff cashing me out was rude and refused to speak English until I said I don’t understand.

Best chocolate brownies in Montreal! These brownies are amazing, super moist and chocolatey, with the perfect amount of salt. Boulangerie Guillaume is also a magnificent place for bread and the like. Unfortunately the service can be hit or miss, where sometimes you get greeted by a trendy stuck-up kid who has a hard time smiling, but that comes with the territory on the Plateau.

I had a chocolate almond raspberry pastry and it was a big favorite, I will probably come back for thatI'm waiting to taste the potato and cheddar "fesse" and I hope not to be disappointed

It's a bakery. I want to give it four and a half, but it only had full Stars. The bread, the cakes and the sandwiches are delicious. They also serve coffee. If I am only buying bread, I prefer to pay cash, otherwise I have to fiddle around with the credit card reader, seeking out the no_tip button as I refuse to leave a tip to buy an everyday item of basic food. For coffee I will gladly leave a tip.

Purchased a walnut bread today and big disappointment (like the last one I bought last fall). The bread had a crust harder than a turtle's shell. You should probably buy early in the morning (it was late pm for me both times). By comparison, I bought the same bread at Première Moisson last week and we can't compare the quality even if it's weird to write. In addition, cheaper for better ($6.26 vs. $6.60). Sorry, two takes! There won't be three. OUT!

I used to love this place. Best baguette in Montreal, a l’époque. But the quality has seriously degraded over the last few years. There’s so many better bakeries in Montreal. This place got too big too fast. Look at my poor chocolatine :-(

The chocolatines just had chocolate on one side and weren't great. I asked them to cut my bread, but they told me they didn't do that. I really regretted not going to Les co'pains d'abord instead!
