I do not recommend!! Do not use the terminal, it's a SCAM. When we weigh the return, it adds the product to the bill... when we talk to the cashier about the error, she refuses to refund us because the drinks are "already made", but we still have to wait 5 minutes for the knowledge. Absent service, I do not recommend. The drinks are meh, very disappointed with my experience with them.

The customer service is really bad, especially from the girl at the counter. I asked for 2 large hot drinks, explaining that they needed to be hotter than usual because of the freezing weather outside. But when I got them, the tea was barely warm, almost cold to the touch. When I went back to explain the situation, the girl just stared at me blankly, clearly unsure of how to react, and said there was nothing she could do. Excuse me, you could have offered something—like warming it up or making a new one? But no, there was absolutely nothing! It's utterly unbelievable!

Lost items at the L2 lounge in Chinatown. I went to L2 and forgot my gloves on cashier. I just sit near there for minutes and no employee tell me that I left the gloves on it. Then when I realize I forget my gloves, I came to back to the cashier and it already gone. Someone even replaced it with another gloves. I am very furious about this situation. The store is not even crowded but this still happen

I have be going to L2 for over a decade. It was the first place I ever had bubble tea and ten years later it is still the best place to have bubble tea. Plus it's the perfect place to relax in between china town shopping and china town eating.
